School-enterprise cooperation project successful

Since November 2022, with the support and guidance of Pingguo City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, our company has implemented the special work of "Strengthening 100 Enterprises with Skills, Stabilizing Jobs and Promoting Employment" in Guangxi, and combined with the platform of Guangxi Light Industry Technician College to fully Leveraging our strengths, we organized employees to complete the certification of professional skill levels (intermediate) through a series of processes including training, written examinations, and practical operations.

     This time, 297 employees of the company participated in the vocational skill level (intermediate) certification, and 222 people finally passed the certification (including 179 metal heat treaters and 43 chemical inspectors), with a passing rate of 74.75%.

     In the next step, the company will continue to actively create a platform for employees to grow and become talents, continue to promote the training plan for skilled talents, continuously broaden the channels for talent growth, and strive to create a team of skilled talents with superb skills, excellent quality, and reasonable structure to contribute to the high-quality development of the enterprise.
